COMBO "A" - $292.50:  10% discount on rental of both Slush and Soft-Serve packages (2 machines)
COMBO "B" - $250.00:  A smaller combo providing 150 servings per machine (2 machines)

RENTAL AGREEMENT
  • Each Slush and Soft-Serve machine must be plugged into dedicated electrical circuits supplying 115/120volts, 20amps. This means no other
    equipment or appliance (large or small) can be plugged into the same outlet or wall. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE ELECTRICAL
    POWER IS SUFFICIENT AT INSTALLATION SITE. GENERATOR POWER IS NOT PERMITTED.

  • Installers must have safe access to site via paved pathways which are free from obstacles such as rocky/grassy pathways, hostile animals, locked
    gates, small or large walls (or garden borders), steep hills, stairs (small or large) and other barriers to safe access. Frozen Fun! LLC reserves the
    right to cancel installations which it deems unsafe for its employees.

  • Installer will arrive up to 1.0 to 1.5 hours before party to set up and fill equipment, then will return at the end of the party. Last pick up time(s) are
    between 9:00pm - 9:30pm. Please provide a sturdy table or counter-top which can hold up to 150lbs for each machine. An ice cooler or
    refrigerator should be used to store extra flavor mix for re-filling machine as necessary.

  • Equipment is tested to ensure that it is in proper working order before installation. Frozen Fun! is not responsible for inadequate electrical supply,
    inclement weather, poor attendence or other factors beyond its control. Refunds or re-scheduled rentals may be considered on a case-by-case
    basis at the sole discretion of Frozen Fun! LLC.

  • The equipment shall not be moved or re-located by the customer or other third party without prior authorization by Frozen Fun! LLC. This Rental
    Agreement is granted to the Customer designated herein only. The Customer agrees to discontinue use of equipment in the event of hazardous
    conditions such as short circuit, fire or other situation which renders use unsafe.

  • The Customer agrees to contact Frozen Fun! LLC as soon as possible during event if hazardous conditions arise. EMERGENCY NO: 222-0308,

                                                                   PAYMENT TERMS
                            Reservations are not secure until payment is received as follows:
                            30+ Days in advance = 50% Deposit down, balance due upon delivery
                                            3 Weeks in advance = Payment in full, cash or check
                                            2 Weeks or less in advance = Payment in full, cash only
